📱 Exciting mobile updates! 🚀

We just released our next alpha release of Status Mobile, 1.24! This release is still an 'early alpha' and is not yet recommended for public testing (so no testflight yet). However, as we are 100% open source, if you’re brave, you’re more than welcome to grab this release from our repo (https://t.co/2SpDbAiOv4) and have a play.

And don't worry, as Status Mobile 2.0 becomes more mature, we’ll be rolling out a plan for wider public testing of alpha and beta pre-release builds.

Highlights of this 1.24 release include Waku v2 'filter and light push' light client mode being enabled for the first time, new and improved animations, and numerous bug fixes.

Looking forward, the main focus of the 1.25 development cycle will be to continue to improve the quality of the app. Fixing bugs, improving performance, stabilizing functionality, etc... maybe not as exciting as new features, but it's what needs to be done as we work toward our next major milestone, which is the first public alpha release of the Status Mobile 2.0 app.
