Status Weekly Roundup: Desktop UI team
This week we’ll have a short look at how to spice up your profile so that others can quickly learn more details about you and your interests. Interested? Head to ‘Settings’ and then the ‘Profile’ section. You'll see the screen shown in the first image below.
Here you can set your ‘Profile picture’ (aka avatar), ‘Display name’ (how others see your name), and add a short intro text in ‘Bio’.
If you switch to the ‘Preview’ tab, you’ll see an immediate preview of the changes you're about to make and how others will potentially see your profile.
Next week, we’ll talk about more possibilities to customise your profile, namely how to add ‘Social links’ to various services like Twitter or GitHub.
